Size
The size of product
In this specific field, only the available sizes should be sent, separated by commas. For example, if a helmet is available in small and extra large, the field should be filled as follows: S, XL.
To display size variations for products that have a range of sizes from the manufacturer, you can utilize the dash (-).
Example entry:
<size>US 0.5-3, US 4.5-5.5, US 8-9</size>
For fashion products, the size field is mandatory.
It is also recommended to fill in the "Size Variations" field parallel to the size field.
Size Variations
The different size variations of the product
The size variations field is an additional field in the XML file and includes multiple nested fields, each representing a specific size of the product. It should be noted that for now, the other fields should maintain the exact same format and functionality as the current XML file being sent. The same applies to the fields related to the addition of Size Variations (e.g., quantity).
You can find out how to add size variations to your XML here.
The technical specifications for adding this field to the XML are described in detail in the Skroutz XML data feed specification.
Color
The color of product
Products that come in different colors should be sent as separate products in the XML. For example, if a chair is available in 3 colors, it should appear 3 times in the XML with different IDs, and the color field should indicate the respective color.
For fashion products, the color field is a mandatory field.
Additional images link
The link to the additional photos of the product
If you have more than one image for the product, you should add them in a separate field of your XML. In the additional images, you can include different shooting angles or product details, but not photos showing color variations of the product. The additional images should have at least one dimension greater than 1000 pixels.
The pages hosting the additional photos must have an SSL certificate and encryption with the HTTPS protocol.
Shipping cost
The cost of shipping for the product
Fill in the shipping field if you wish to specify shipping costs per product. Pay special attention to its use, as any value you declare should be applicable nationwide.
If you do not charge shipping for a product, enter the value 0, while if the shipping cost is 4 euros, enter the value 4. For products where you do not fill in a value, the shipping costs will be displayed according to the shipping settings made in the partners' space.
ISBN
The unique book identifier
If your XML contains books, you should add the ISBN field by entering the corresponding number. Books without an ISBN will not be displayed on Skroutz.
VAT Rate
The VAT rate of the product
Fill in this field to specify the VAT rate of the product.
