What do I do when I receive my first order?
The first thing you need to do for each order you want to accept is to click the "Accept" button and select the exact date and time for the order pickup from the cooperating courier company. Once you've selected the time, simply pack the products of the order, place the receipt inside (unless you have attached it in electronic form from the order page), and attach the courier voucher to the outside. You can find the voucher by clicking the "Voucher" button at the bottom of the page that appears after accepting the order. You don't need to do anything else. The courier company will pick up the package at the predetermined time and date, and the order will be on its way to the customer.
How much time do I have to accept an order?
From the moment you receive the order, depending on the availability of the products, you have 6 to 8 business hours (9:00 to 18:00) to accept or reject it. After 8 hours, the order expires.
How do I pack the products of the order?
The packaging of the products is done by you. The packaging you use should adequately protect the products and include the receipt or invoice, unless you have uploaded them electronically on the order page in the partner's space.
If I don't have a product, is it better to reject the order or let it expire?
If you know that you cannot fulfill an order, it is better to reject it immediately. This way, the user will be informed right away that they will not receive it, and their money will be refunded promptly. If you let the order expire, the user will have a rather negative experience.
