How can I add products?
To add products, you can use the Skroutz partner platform. By providing the necessary product information quickly and easily, you can add a product in less than 1 minute.
For your convenience, you can add products that already exist on Skroutz by searching based on the product title, manufacturer part number (MPN), or the URL of the corresponding product on Skroutz. Once you find and select the desired product, its characteristics will be automatically transferred to the corresponding fields in the Product Listing form.
Alternatively, you can create a new product by filling out all the required fields in the Product Listing form.
How are my products displayed?
Your products are displayed alongside other products on Skroutz. Depending on their price and the prices of other stores, they may appear higher or lower in the store list, just like all the products featured on Skroutz.
How many products should I add?
We have observed that the more products a store has listed, the higher the chances of receiving more orders. There is no restriction or commitment regarding the number of products. Additionally, there is no cost if no orders are placed.
Why should a user select my products if I do not offer the lower price?
There are several reasons why users may choose a store even if its products don't have the lowest price. We have observed that users also consider the reliability of the store, even if there is a price difference. By registering on the Skroutz Marketplace, you participate in the Skroutz Basket. This means that users are aware that the entire process is under the responsibility and control of Skroutz, which is a significant comparative advantage for new stores participating in the service.
Where and how is my shop displayed?
Your shop is displayed on each product that you have listed, in the list of stores that offer it. There, the name, logo, and ratings of your store are shown, along with a link to your store's profile. On this page, the basic information of your store is displayed, including ratings from users who have made purchases in the past, as well as the popular products of your store based on their popularity.
How can a user place an order?
Skroutz users select and add the products they desire to their cart and proceed to complete their order. Payment is made on Skroutz using a credit/debit card or cash on delivery, and you receive a notification via email regarding the preparation of the order.
