The photo must be professional, representative of the product, and depict the entire showcased product clearly, without shadows, logos, or watermarks. The main image can display either the product alone or worn by a model.

In all categories, the main image should only depict the product, not the child. The product photograph with the child playing can be included in additional images (additional image link).

Images with logos, Chinese characters, dimensions, codes, series of cartoons such as "Minnie", "Paw Patrol", etc., non-professional shots on desks or store warehouses are not acceptable.

Examples of unacceptable images:

If you have more than one photo for the product, you should add them in a separate field of your XML. For additional images, you can include images with additional elements that the game may include, images from different shooting angles or details of the product, as well as images with the game and the child playing. Additional photos must have at least one of the two dimensions larger than 1000 pixels.

Some products are excluded from being displayed in specific categories.

• Products related to lucky bags as their display is not allowed on Skroutz.

  Examples:

  • Lucky Bag of 1 euro
  • Lucky Gift Bag of 3 euros Frozen

   

  

• Products related to imitations of official series available from official manufacturers.

  Examples:

  • Set of pig family figures OEM

    

  • Set of superhero figures OEM

    

   

• Products related to display for in-store placement.

  Example:
  Bulky mass 50gr Box of 12 pcs

In Skroutz, in the categories of toys, only the sorting of products with Greek and/or English instructions is possible. Products with sounds, music, instructions, and content in a language other than Greek and English (e.g. Spanish, Polish, German, etc.) are not displayed.

In cases of products with content and instructions exclusively in English, the relevant information should be stated in the title.

For cases of games that involve assortments and the manufacturing company provides a code for all the designs of a game and also individual codes per design, the product listing should be done accordingly to the case.

• Assortment case

  • The title should mention the number of designs/colors available.

    Example: Mattel Barbie Wellness for 3+ years (4 designs)
    or
    Example: Hasbro Water Gun for 6+ years (3 colors)

  • The product code should refer to the assortment

  • The initial image of the product should show all the designs, otherwise one design and the rest in additional images

    

• Individual code/design case

  • The title should mention the name of the game for the individual design as given by the manufacturer.

    Example: Barbie Extra Rainbow Coat for 3+ Years

  • The product code should refer to the individual design

  • The image should only depict the design mentioned in the title

    

• Cases of products that involve assortments and both codes are mentioned are not acceptable.
• Cases of products where a different code is mentioned in the title and a different one in the pn field are not acceptable.
• Cases of products that create custom codes for individual designs and are not available from the official manufacturer are not acceptable.

Easter Candles with Toys

The listing of toys that come with a lantern should be done by creating a new separate listing even if the code remains the same from the manufacturing company and still refers to the individual toy.

Cases where there has been a change in the title by adding the word "lantern" and replacing the image of the toy with that of the lantern set are not acceptable.
