Starting Wednesday, October 15, 2025, all invoices requested by customers after a purchase on Skroutz Marketplace need to be uploaded to the Merchants Panel, within three days. Uploading invoices on time helps your store run smoothly, keeps everything compliant with tax rules, and strengthens trust with your customers – happy customers come back for more!
Important: If invoices aren’t uploaded within three days, your store will be temporarily deactivated on Skroutz Marketplace, until the pending requests are completed.

Don’t forget receipts! Receipts should also be uploaded to the Merchants Panel whenever customers request them, so they’re immediately available.
“Fulfilled by Skroutz”
If you use the “Fulfilled by Skroutz” service, keep these points in mind for your incoming stock:
- Every shipment to the warehouse must be accompanied by a Shipping Note with the total number of items
- Submit the Shipping Note in the expected deliveries page after approval. Handwritten notes are not accepted
- Pro tip: Double-check all details and quantities before submitting to avoid delays or returns.
