All partners must adhere to the Skroutz Marketplace Acceptable Use Policy. Adherence to the following rules ensures the smooth operation of the store and the best customer experience.
Customer Communication
- Customer communication is carried out exclusively through the Merchants’ Panel
- Direct communication is permitted only in cases of orders with a 39a invoice, for the purpose of customer service
- Direct communication with customers for advertising or promotional purposes (e.g. via email, SMS,
- Viber, WhatsApp, etc.) is not permitted
Order Management
- Orders must be executed according to the availability declared in the store
- Products must be delivered to the carrier within the time limits applicable upon acceptance of the order
Product Packaging
- Products must be packaged appropriately, depending on their type, to ensure safe transportation
- Special attention is required for:
- heavy or bulky items
- fragile products
- sharp objects - Packaging must protect both the customer and the personnel of the carrier
Use of a trademark Skroutz
(Article 11.1 of the Agreement)
The use of the Skroutz trademark or other distinctive features is not permitted without prior written approval
Sanctions
Compliance with the above rules is essential to ensure the quality of Skroutz Marketplace services and the smooth operation of the platform.
In case of non-compliance, and depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, temporary or permanent deactivation of the store may be imposed.
