Products belonging to the Workwear & Shoes categories need to meet specific specifications in the XML file.
Name / Title (name)
The title must have a specific structure and include the important characteristics of the product:
- Type
Must be indicated in the title.
Indicative examples:

Must be indicated in the title.

Must be indicated in the title or alternatively in the description field.
Indicative examples:

It must be listed in the color field, but it can also be mentioned in the title.
Indicative examples:

- Payper Worker Work Trousers navy blue - Safety Specifications & ISO Standards
They should be listed in the title and not simply mentioned that it is Waterproof, Windproof, etc.

Must be listed in the title if it is Reflective, with Fur, Multi-Pocket, Rip Stop, Softshell, with Hood.

Must be listed in the title.

Most of the time the product title is the same as the one displayed in your store, however this is not necessary. It is possible to have a different title in the store and another in your XML.

The product image
The photo must be professional, representative of the product and clearly depict the entire product displayed.
The central image can display either the product alone or worn by a model.
The product must be displayed from its front, without shadows, logos, a tag with the store's name or watermarks. Images that display the product / model outdoors, on furniture, on stands, etc. are not acceptable as main images but can be included as additional images.
Manufacturer
The manufacturer of the product
For stores that have XML, the manufacturer must be listed in the corresponding manufacturer field or alternatively it can be listed in the name. For stores without XML, the manufacturer must be listed in the Manufacturer field.

In case the product does not belong to a well-known manufacturer, then the word OEM must be indicated in the manufacturer field.

MPN & EAN/Barcode
The part number of the product
The product part number (MPN) is the unique number that the manufacturer gives to the product. The part number must be completed in the corresponding field of the XML file or alternatively it can be indicated in the product title. In addition, the EAN/Barcode of the product must be completed in the EAN field. In any case, one of the two above codes must be registered in the product.

Alternatively, if there is no Part number, the information of the series or model code must be completed, based on the manufacturer. The series / model code can be indicated in the title.

* The color code should be included in the MPN only when the manufacturer formats its Part numbers in this way, so it should not be omitted or added when the manufacturer does not specify it.
** In case the MPN code of the product corresponds, according to the manufacturer, to a Set, it is not accepted if sent as an MPN for the individual pieces. Accordingly, for any Set that is not an official manufacturer's bundle, none of the MPNs of the products it includes should be used as the MPN.
Size
Available product sizes
All available product sizes must be listed in the corresponding size field of the XML file and must match with the corresponding sizes displayed on the product page in the e-shop. The sizes should NOT be listed in the titles.
Products that come in different shades should be sent as separate products in the XML and each record should include all available sizes in the size field.
For products without size grading by the manufacturer, it is mandatory to indicate **One Size** in the **size** field.
Multiple records per size are not allowed.

Color (color)
The color of the product
The color of the product must be filled in the corresponding field (color) in the XML file or alternatively in the product title and be consistent with the color name given by the manufacturer. Words that characterize the pattern e.g. striped, floral, plaid, polka dots, animal print, leopard can be listed in addition to or instead of the color word. Words such as printed, multi-colored are also acceptable.
The color listed in the color field must match the product color displayed in the main image.
In the case that a product is available in different colors, it must be sent in separate records per color in the XML file.

Description
In this field, you must fill in additional product features and information about its use, if available. The description must not include information included in the product title or information about promotions and availability.
Indicative acceptable information:
- Composition (e.g. 80% cotton - 20% elastane).
- Any feature of the garment not visible in the image e.g. Closure, hidden pockets, lining material, total number of pockets, removable parts (pocket, sleeves, hood), reinforced, waterproof, etc.
- Fit (tight - loose - regular)
- Washing Instructions
Descriptions are used to enrich information about the garment and its quality and to improve the user experience.
Indicative NOT acceptable information:
- Promotional expressions such as installments, discounts, initial prices of the product
- Non-objective expressions such as “this garment will enchant those around you and attract all eyes”
Composition & Fabric Weight
The composition and weight of the fabric must be stated in detail in the product description as this information allows the professional to choose the appropriate product based on his working conditions (e.g. temperature, risk of friction).

Price
The final price of the product displayed on Skroutz.gr
The price communicated on Skroutz must be the final price of the product. That is, the price after VAT and, if there is an offer, the price after the discount.
