How does the payment cycle work?
The cycle depends on the customer's payment method:
- By card or digital wallet: Payment is made on the following Thursday from the week of order completion
- By cash on delivery: Payment is made on the following Thursday from the day the carrier returns the money to Skroutz
- By installments (interest-free or interest-bearing): Payment is made on the Thursday after 14 days from the user's receipt of the order
If the Smart Finance Package has been activated, card payments can be made daily.
When is the amount paid into my bank account?
The amount is paid every Thursday, as described above, directly into your business account.
How do I get notified about payments that have been made?
You can be informed through the Partner Area (Skroutz Merchants), in the field:
Payouts -> Payout List
There:
- All payments are displayed per week
- An analysis of each payment is provided, with details for each order and the relevant charges/reservations
- There is an analysis of returns, where in the event of a product return, the amount is deducted from the next payment
- Payment invoices are posted every 28th of the month, which include payments made in the period from the 28th day of the previous month from the issuance of the invoice until the 27th day of the current month
Why did I not receive the full amount from an order?
The amount paid in each payment is net, i.e. the Skroutz Marketplace service commission is deducted. Additionally, in cases of refunds or compensations, deductions or offsets may be made to the payment, which reduce the final amount
How can I see the details of the deductions per order?
Through the Merchants PAnel, go to Payouts -> Payout List
There you will find:
- Analysis by payment, with a list of all orders
- For each order, the following are displayed separately:
- The value of the product
- The amount of the commission
- Other deductions or offsets (e.g. due to returns)
You can download the analysis in an XLS file for easy editing and accounting.
Where can I find the invoices that Skroutz issues to my store?
Monthly invoices are posted in the Partner Area (Skroutz Merchants) in the section:
Payouts -> Payout List
Invoices are available every 28th of the month, and include all payments made from the 28th of the previous month to the 27th of the current month, with the option to download in PDF format.
How do I change my bank account information?
To change your bank account details, including IBAN, you must log in to the merchants panel. From there, you can go to your Account Settings, then Skroutz Marketplace and update your bank account details. Make sure you have entered the new details correctly to avoid delays in your payments.
In case of IBAN change you will need to upload the proof of the new account. Until the verification process is complete, you will receive payments to the old account.
