How can I set my store hours and add a logo?
To set your store hours, you need to set the location and hours of your pickup points to ensure proper coordination with shipping companies.
Select "Settings" -> "My Business" -> "My Stores". Modify your store hours from here.
You can add your logo to enhance your store's visibility. Select "Settings" -> "My Business" -> "Business Information"
What should I do if my store is going to be closed for a few days (e.g. due to holidays)?
If you know in advance that your store will be closed and you will not be able to serve new orders:
- It is recommended that you temporarily deactivate the store on the Skroutz Marketplace from the previous afternoon, in order to avoid receiving new orders that will not be able to be executed.
- Deactivation is done through the Merchants Panel in Store Settings at the top right. There you can set the option to "Inactive".
- When you return to normal operation, you can use the same procedure to activate the store again.
How can I contact Skroutz support if I have questions or issues?
You can contact Skroutz support teams using the ticket submission system in the Partner Area. Navigate to the menu at the top right, select “Support” and then “New Ticket”. It is important to carefully select the correct category and subcategory for your question in order to receive the fastest response. Make sure you provide clear and complete information when submitting a ticket.

What about invoices and payments?
Each order must be accompanied by the corresponding invoice, either physically in the package or digitally via the Partner Area. You must post the invoices requested by customers after purchase via Skroutz Marketplace in the Partner Area within three days. Timely posting ensures that your store runs smoothly and complies with relevant tax laws, boosting your customers' trust—happy customers come back for more!
Important: If invoices aren’t uploaded within three days, your store will be temporarily deactivated on Skroutz Marketplace, until the pending requests are completed.

Don't forget the receipts! It is equally important to upload them electronically to the Partner Area as soon as they are requested by buyers.
Payments for completed orders made by card are processed every Thursday.
You can check the progress of your payments in the Partner Area by going to "Skroutz Marketplace" -> "Payments" -> "Select interval" -> "Payment list".
Payments are usually made on the first Thursday after the order is completed for card payments.
