How much does it cost?

The charge is per order delivered, starting at €0.50 per product (depending on the pricing group).
Includes:

• receipt & storage
• collection, packaging & materials
• product insurance
• returns management

Important:

Packaging cost

An additional packaging cost of €0.12 is applied to each order shipped.

In case the total number of pieces in an order exceeds three, a charge of €0.05 is applied per additional piece. In case the sum of the products per order costs more than €6.00, then the store will be charged €6.00.

Charge for low value products

As was the case until now, a charge of €0.20 is applied for products worth up to €7 and with a volumetric weight of up to 2kg. Accordingly, for products worth from 7.01 euros to 10 euros and with a volumetric weight of up to 2kg, there is a charge of 0.35€.

Discount program

Based on the average daily FBS orders and the percentage of orders processed by the service in relation to your total orders on the Skroutz Marketplace, we give a discount on the cost of processing orders via FBS for the following month. You can find out more in the relevant table on the price list page.

Inactive inventory charge

If a product remains in the warehouse for more than 90 days without sales, from the 91st day a daily storage charge per item is imposed, based on the price list. (paragraph 5.7)

Storage costs for less than 100 orders per month

If the partner places less than 100 orders per month through the FBS service, after the first quarter of its activation, the company may impose an additional monthly charge based on a price list, per day and per cubic meter (m³) of stored inventory (paragraph 9.7.).

Additional charges

Barcode labeling as described in term 4.12: €0.25 per item.
Addition of extra packaging for an item as described in term 4.13: €0.20 per item.
Stock transfer as described in term 4.14: €0.01 per item.
Storage of inactive stock as described in term 5.7: €0.02 per item per day.
Stock collection and extraction: €0.20 per item.

What are the new packaging and preparation options for products?

We now offer specialized services for better management of your inventory:

• Labeling service: We undertake the affixing of the necessary labels to your products.
• Additional packaging: Possibility of adding reinforced packaging for greater protection.
• Serial Number Registration: New procedure for the precise traceability of your products.
• Special specifications: Introduction of rules for textile products and palletizing/boxing instructions.

What applies to short-term products and non-moving inventory?

The partner is obliged to receive short-term products. In case of non-receipt, they will be shipped to you at a fixed fee based on the price list.

Inactive inventory: Products that remain in the warehouse for more than 90 days without sales are charged a daily storage fee from the 91st day.

What happens if I cannot collect my goods from your warehouse?

In case of non-receipt, the company stores the goods for a period of up to three (3) months with a charge for storage costs. After the 3 months, the company has the right to destroy the goods without further liability.
