What is it?
Fulfilled by Skroutz or FBS is a service that completely outsources the fulfillment of your orders to the Skroutz team. This includes storing your products in Skroutz warehouses, managing your stock , packing and shipping your orders.

How do I activate the service?
Through the Partner Area -> Fulfilled by Skroutz -> How to Activate -> Get started now
How do I create an expected purchase order?
- From the available list on the service page, select the products you wish to send to the warehouses and fill in the desired number of pieces per code
- Press the "+" to add it to your pending purchase order
- Select "purchase order overview" to see your completed list
4. In the next step you set an estimated date of arrival at the warehouse
5. Select the button complete purchase order
You can see the Pending Purchase orders you have created aggregated from here .
Service cost
In FBS you are only charged per order shipped .
This charge is tiered , starts from €0.50 per order & is calculated separately for each product of the order, based on the category group to which it belongs.
This cost includes the receipt, storage, collection and preparation of orders, packaging materials, product insurance and returns management.
