The products belonging to the category Living Room Rugs must meet certain specifications.
Name
The title of the product
The title must have a specific structure and include the important features of the product.
The characteristics that must necessarily be listed in the title of the products that fall under the Living Room Rugs category are the following:

Model
As given by the manufacturer and can be either a name (eg Dali) or a number (eg 9241B)

Additional features:
In the category it needs to be written in the title or in the description field of the XML file
the quality (e.g. wicker, cotton, jute, etc.).

Manufacturer
The manufacturer of the product
The manufacturer must be filled in the manufacturer field in the XML file.
In case the product does not belong to a named manufacturer, then the word OEM must be written in the corresponding field in the XML file.

Color
The color/design of the product
The color / design of the product must be indicated in the title or filled in the color field in the XML file, if available, exactly as it appears in the manufacturer's catalog.
In case the same product is available in different colors/designs, separate entries per color/design must be entered in the XML file.

Unique Manufacturer Number (MPN)
The part number of the product
If a unique code is available from the manufacturer, then it must be written in the corresponding field (MPN) of the XML file.
To ensure that the part number you have entered is correct, you will need to consult your supplier or do a research online.
Image (image link)
The main image of the products
The photo must be professional, representative of the product and clearly depict the entire featured product, without including shadows, logos or watermarks.
Additional photos (additional image link)
The supplementary images
If you have more than one image for the product you must add them to the Additional Image Link field of your XML.

- Photos showing the product from different angles
- Photos depicting the product in the space so that its size can be perceived compared to the rest of the objects in the space
- Photographs showing the individual products of the sets
- Photos with technical information / dimensions
EAN/Barcode
The EAN (European Article Number) is a unique 13-digit number used to identify products. This field is required for all categories and it is not possible to classify products without it.
A unique EAN is used for each product. No EAN may be referenced to more than one (1) product, and no product with the same characteristics may have more than one (1) EANs.
Attention! Same EAN codes on products of different pieces, is not acceptable. Ex. package of 10pcs & 1pc. |
Size
Stores with XML
Available sizes per different product for stores that have an XML file , should be filled in one of the following ways:

By creating separate entries per available dimension of a rug, writing the dimension corresponding to each entry in the title.
The dimensions should be completed in the following formats, without adding any symbols (eg dashes) or words:
Rectangular carpets: 120x180 or 120x180cm or 120x180cm or 120x180 cm.
Round rugs: 150x150 or 150x150 cm or 150x150cm or W 150 cm or W 150 cm
Example title:
Carpet Fijy Art 20776 Green Beauty Home 160x230

By creating separate records per available dimension of a carpet, entering in the sizes field the dimension corresponding to each record*.
*In this case, not all available dimensions should be filled in the sizes field, in the same record.

Creating a single record , with size variations and all available dimensions.
*It is recommended to fill in the Size Variations field along with the Size field . The technical specifications for adding the new field to the XML are described in detail in the Skroutz XML data feed specification .
Stores without XML
Available sizes per different product for stores that do not have an XML file, should be filled in one of the following ways:

Creating separate records per available dimension of a carpet, listing the dimension corresponding to each record in the "Size" field.
-The dimension must be entered in the "Size" field.
-Dimensions should be completed in the following formats, without adding any symbols (eg dashes) or words:
Indicative example:
Rectangular rugs: 120x180 or 120x180cm or 120x180cm or 120x180 cm.
Round rugs: 150x150 or 150x150 cm or 150x150cm or W 150 cm or W 150 cm -
By creating either a single record, entering size variations with all available dimensions, completing the available quantity per product size, as illustrated:
Additional features:
- Rectangular and round rugs are classified into separate skus.
- Rugs with the meter are now classified in the category Carpets .
- The above guide only applies to the Living Room Rugs category and not to any other category whose products have dimensions (eg White Goods).
