The product's part number
The manufacturer part number is the unique code assigned by the manufacturer to the product and should be filled in the corresponding MPN field in the XML file.

Manufacturer 

The product manufacturer
The manufacturer's information should be filled in the corresponding manufacturer field in the XML file. Products from importers without established rights are classified as unknown manufacturer products (OEM) and the XML file should fill in the manufacturer field with OEM.

EAN / Barcode 

The international item number
The EAN or barcode should be listed in the corresponding field in the XML file (this code usually consists of 13 digits, e.g., 0032546446202 or 9555684609243). All relevant codes (EAN/BARCODE) refer to the official codes of the respective manufacturer and not any custom coding applied in your store. Color / Shade 

The product's color / shade
The product color should be filled in the color field in the XML file and in the product title and should conform to the color name given by the manufacturer. In cases where the manufacturer's wording for the color is unclear, it should be replaced with a simplified color wording. Each different variation in which the product is available requires a separate entry and image/title corresponding to the product sold.

The final price of the product
If the product concerns a package with multiple items, the price listed in the XML file should correspond to the package price and not the item price.

The product description
In this field, you should include additional product features and information about its use, if available. The description should not include the information contained in the product title or information about promotional activities and availability. The title should not exceed 7-10 words.

Additional Images 

The supplementary images
If you have more than one image for the product, you should add them to the Additional Image Link field of your XML. 

In the additional images, you can include:

  • Photos showing the product from different angles
  • Photos showing the interior of the products
