Products belonging to the categories men's fragrances, women's fragrances, children's fragrances, and fragrance sets must meet specific specifications.
Name
The name/title of the product
The title must be complete, descriptive, and in line with the packaging of the product (whether it is in Greek or English).
More specifically, the title must mention:
- The name given by the manufacturer to the product
- The type of fragrance (Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Eau de Cologne)
- The quantity in ml
The type, name, and quantity mentioned in the title must match those specified by the manufacturer for the particular product.
In the case of sets of products, the title must list all the products included in the set and their individual quantities.

The main product image
The product depicted in the photo must match the product mentioned in the title, i.e., with the type of fragrance (Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Eau de Cologne), the quantity, if it is a set, etc.
For example, if the same fragrance is available in two types, Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum, the photo must depict the type of fragrance described in the title with the corresponding quantity in ml.

If the title states that it is Eau de Parfum 50 ml, the image must show the specific product in the same quantity (50ml) mentioned in the title.

If the title mentions that it is a set, e.g. 3 pieces (Eau de Toilette 75ml, Edt 15ml, Shower Gel 75ml), the photo must show all three pieces in the same quantity mentioned in the title.
EAN / Barcode
The international item number
The EAN or barcode must be included in the relevant field in the XML file (this code usually consists of 13 digits).
Manufacturer
The manufacturer of the product
The manufacturer must be included in the manufacturer field in the XML file. In these categories, products of unknown manufacturers (OEM) and products from uncertified manufacturers without an official website are not classified.
Product Link
Link to the product in the XML
The redirection must lead to the exact product mentioned in the title.
For example, when the title of the product states that it is a fragrance type Eau de Parfum 30ml, then the redirection via the product link must lead to the product page with those specific characteristics (Eau de Parfum - 30ml) and not to a product of a different type or quantity.
Set (bundles)
Products in bundles can be categorized as the following:
- Official set of brands and if the EAN / barcode indicated corresponds to the packaging of the set
- Non-official bundles containing products from the same manufacturer, as long as the following conditions are met:
⇨ Valid Unique Ean for all products
⇨ State the words "custom bundle" in the path or title or description
⇨ Indicate all products in the bundle in the title or description

- Excluded Products
- In these categories, fragrances with a quantity of 7ml and above are displayed.
- The following products cannot be displayed:
- Tester Fragrances
- Miniature Fragrances
- "Type" Fragrances
- Fragrances at a low price due to Damaged Packaging
- Unboxed Fragrances
- Duplicate Products
- In these categories, it is acceptable to send two entries for the same product, provided that one of the entries includes a gift. Additionally, the price should not differ in the two entries; that is, the product accompanied by a gift must have the same price as the individual product.
- If the price is higher, then one of the two entries is not classified.
