With effect from 23/09, for merchants participating at Skroutz with the Marketplace Core Model (deliveries are handled by Skroutz) the "Availability" field will refer to the delivery time of the products to the carrier company and not the delivery time to the end user . No technical changes are required on your behalf, but please check that your products have the correct availabilities declared and that they correspond to the respective pick-up windows*, as detailed below:
1. Available
Applies to products that can be ready for shipment from the warehouse and/or supplier and delivered to the carrier within 1 day of placing the order . For these products, delivery windows of 1 day are shown. If you have listed products as “Available” but cannot deliver them to the shipping company by the next working day, you will need to change the verbal availability option to “Available in 1-3 days”. This is because, moving forward, pick-up windows will no longer be shown for the next two business days, but only for the next business day.
2. Available from 1-3 days
Applies to products that can be ready for shipment from the warehouse and/or supplier and delivered to the carrier within 2 days of placing the order . For these products, delivery windows of 2 days are shown, from the day the order is placed.
These products will be displayed to the user as “ Shipped in up to 2 days .”
We recommend this availability for products that either need more time for their packaging or come to your location with a scheduled route every day or every other day and can be delivered within 2 days.
3. Available from 4-10 days
It concerns products that are not available in the store , but in any case will be delivered to the carrier in up to 6 days from the day the order is placed . For these products, delivery windows of 6 working days are shown from the day the order is placed.
These products will be displayed to the user as “ Shipped in up to 6 days”.
We recommend this availability for products ordered from abroad, with fixed delivery, and can be delivered within 6 working days to the carrier.
4. Available from 10 to 30 days
It concerns products that are not in stock and after ordering and arriving at your store or supplier, they are delivered to the carrier within 30 days . For these products, 22 business day pickup windows are shown.
These products will be displayed to the user as “Shipped in up to 30 days”

Useful information
- In the event of failure to receive, all orders will receive an automatic 1-day extension , impacting the store's operational performance. If the pick-up is not completed after the first delay, the order will automatically be canceled by your store and will be forwarded to another partner for fulfillment.
Delays are not counted in the business statistics for orders with delayed delivery due to the carrier, cargo orders and orders with 10-30 availability).
2. The number of windows that will appear per pick-up day varies depending on the carrier and response time.
3. In case of recurring failures in fulfilling orders that include products with the availability option "Delivery 1-3 days", we will change the availability to "Delivery 4-10 days" for all products in your store.
Important notes
*Pickup windows are affected by order placement time and store response time. Above is the maximum duration of windows in number of working days (9:00-18:00). Every working day, up to 3 pick-up windows may appear (morning, lunch and afternoon) depending on the transport company. You can read more here . |
