The display of your products includes an annual subscription with a cost of €496, with no time commitment. You can deactivate your products from the Skroutz Marketplace and terminate the cooperation at any time. Even if some of your products do not accept orders, there is no charge for using the service.
For the products you sell through Skroutz, you are required to issue a Retail Sales Receipt, unless the customer requests an invoice and you have declared that you support its issuance. The document you have issued for an order should either be included in the package with the ordered products or uploaded to the order page in the partner space.
Payments from Skroutz to you are made every 15 days to the bank account you have specified, for all orders that have been delivered up to that point, deducting the corresponding commission. Invoices are issued on a monthly basis and include the payment for your orders from the 28th day of the previous month until the 27th day of the current month, prior to the issuance of the invoice.
Users of Skroutz select and add the products they desire to their basket and complete their order. Payment is made on Skroutz using a credit/debit card or cash on delivery, and you receive a notification via email regarding the preparation of the order.
The first thing you need to do for each order you wish to accept is to click the "Accept" button and select the exact date and time for the pickup of the order by the cooperating courier company. Once you have chosen the time, simply package the products of the order, place the receipt inside, and affix the courier voucher on the outside. Optionally, you can include the return instructions form. You can find the voucher by clicking the "Voucher" button at the bottom of the page that appears after accepting the order. You don't need to do anything else.
Upon receiving the order, depending on the product availability, you have 6 to 12 working hours (9:00 to 18:00) to either accept or reject it. After 12 hours, the order expires.
If you know that you cannot fulfil an order, you should reject it immediately. This way, the user will be informed at the same moment that they will not receive it, and their payment will be refunded promptly. If you let the order expire, the user has a rather negative experience.
